RETURN POLICIES

WARRANTY RETURNS

If you purchased an Asgard Engineering product that exhibits a mechanical or material defect, and need to return it for warranty service, Asgard Engineering will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization.

UNWANTED RETURNS

If you purchased an item directly from Asgard-Engineering.com, we will accept unused items in resalable condition within 30-days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. For kitted products especially; this means that the goods, box, and accompanying materials must be in mint condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization.
